Our Story

In pursuit of creating the perfect Banh Mi, we’ve analysed countless Vietnamese pork rolls from around the world over the past decade.

Now back home in Australia, we believe we understand what it takes to make a Banh Mi our mothers would be proud of. In doing so, we’ve gone to great lengths to hand-craft our rolls so it offers just the right balance of textures and flavours. Most of our ingredients are made from scratch daily, using only the freshest quality produce.

Yes, you can say that we take our food too seriously, but when it comes to food, we believe every element should be done well, and that you shouldn’t pay a fortune for a quality bite — because that’s how we roll.
